As an unregistered provider, the DARE program supports:

*We cannot support NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants at this time (registered providers only).

How billing works.

Plan-managed participants

  • We invoice your plan manager and we do not charge above the NDIS price limit for the relevant support item.
  • Rates can vary by day/time and the support item used (we confirm in writing before you start).

Self-managed participants

  • You can choose registered or unregistered providers, and pricing is agreed with you directly.
  • We still keep pricing clear, fair, and transparent (Code of Conduct expectations apply to registered and unregistered providers/workers).

Typical DARE rhythm (10-week cycle)

A common weekly structure is:
Personal Coaching

2 × 1-hour 1:1 sessions

(coaching/support)
Group Activity

1 × 3-hour small-group LABS

(usually 2–3 participants)
Adventure Day

Optional: Monthly Adventure Day

A $350 deposit is due upon successful completion of your enrolment interview to secure your place.

Pay weekly:
$225/week

Because plans, goals, and support items differ, we use a written quote after a quick intake.

What we guarantee:

  • Plan-managed invoices are aligned to NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits.
  • You’ll see clear line items (what happened, when, duration, and the rate).

What’s NOT included

NDIS funding is for disability-related supports, not general lifestyle or participation costs.

So we do not bundle or claim things like:
Gym/club memberships
Entry tickets/fees
Venue hire
Uniforms/standard sporting or recreation equipment.
If an activity has an entry cost, we’ll tell you upfront what is:
  • Covered as support time, versus
  • Payable by the participant (private cost).

Cancelations

We keep this simple and agreed upfront:

Any cancellation terms are written into your service agreement.

Travel or admin time (if applicable) is only charged when it’s clearly agreed and relevant to the support being delivered.
