"They have so much potential, but something is holding them back."
"Every day feels like a battle with focus, planning. I just can't get motivated!"
"We see the future they deserve, but the path to get there feels lost in a fog."
"I have so many ideas... why can't I make anything work? It is so frustrating!
Many brilliant, creative individuals face a gap between their potential and their performance. This isn't about willingness; it's about the brain's "air traffic control system" for tasks, emotions, and goals.
Difficulty starting tasks, breaking down big projects, or seeing the path forward.
The constant pull of distractions, making it hard to stay on track.
Past failures and struggles make it feel risky to try new things.
Executive function is the brain’s “air traffic control system.” It helps us manage competing demands, keep track of what matters, and adjust when life changes.

Maya's Story
Maya, 17, dreamed of being a graphic designer but felt paralysed by big projects. Starting was impossible, and distractions always won.
In the Digital Navigator LAB, her coach helped her break projects into micro-tasks (Kaizen). She learned to design social media posts in Canva (10% Learn It), built a landing page with a peer for feedback (20% Practice It), and eventually managed a full-brand design project (70% Live It).
Today, Maya is building her portfolio for TAFE. She no longer sees impossible projects; she sees a series of achievable steps. She has gone from overwhelmed to empowered.

Leo's Story
Leo, 14, was anxious in new situations and avoided physical challenges, often saying "I can't" before he even tried.
Leo chose Adventure LABs. His coach helped him create a "goal ladder", starting with just packing his own bag. He learned to read a Compass (10% Learn It), navigated a trail with a friend (20% Practice It), and co-led the group in planning a day hike (70% Live It).
Leo discovered he's a natural leader. He's more confident, physically active, and has made genuine friends. "I can't" has been replaced by "What's next?"

DARE (Digital • Adventure • Resilience • Empowerment) is a 10-week, NDIS-aligned program that helps participants close the “executive function gap” – the gap between their potential and what they can actually get done day-to-day. Instead of just “more tutoring” or “more sport”, DARE combines:
The goal is lasting change in how participants plan, start and finish tasks, connect socially and manage everyday life – not just short bursts of motivation
DARE is designed for NDIS participants who have potential but feel stuck, for example:
Typical groups include:
DARE is suitable for participants who are:
Each 10-week DARE cycle follows a predictable rhythm that makes it easier for participants and families to plan:
This is wrapped in our 10/20/70 experiential model – 10% learn it (1:1), 20% practice it (coaching & feedback), 70% live it (real-world application in LABs).
DARE is designed to align with common support goals. Whether any part is funded depends on the participant’s plan, goals and circumstances and the decision of the NDIA/plan manager.
Typical mapping looks like:
How we support you with funding:
DARE is designed to support social participation and skill development goals commonly included in plans. We’ll provide documentation to assist plan-alignment, but funding decisions remain with the NDIA/plan manager.
DARE is run by The Solution Network Australia Foundation (TSNAF), a registered charity, with specialist partners such as EliteEdge Football Academy for soccer LABs.
You can expect:
If we introduce therapy overlays (e.g. psychology, OT), those sessions are delivered by properly qualified allied-health professionals under Therapeutic Supports, in line with NDIS requirements.
DARE focuses on practical, visible changes in the participant’s life, not just attendance.
Participants commonly work toward outcomes such as:
